We will do together some great classic Awareness through Movement lessons, which will help you learn how to fine-tune and mobilise your upper body - not forgetting its connection with spine, pelvis, and gravity.

This workshop is great for singers, wind instrument players, actors, TEACHERS! (don't overuse your throat), athletes, people who run out of puff, or who find it hard not to crumple up when sitting. Or anyone interested in improving their mobility, flexibility and comfort.
