This movement workshop enables you to experience easy, natural ways to use your arms, shoulders, neck and upper back. You will learn how to balance and rest your shoulders and head on the support of your bony framework, breathing easily and allowing your muscles to move you efficiently. Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement lessons use movement to transform how you hold yourself. You can find help with your working posture - old or new style!
